eMTA LIRR is a redesign of MTA eTix and TrainTime, utilizing a chatbot to see train schedules, purchase tickets, and see delay alerts.

LIRR train times can be viewed on 4 separate formats - MTA.info website, schedule (paper), MTA TrainTime app, and Timetable (electronic) at Penn Station
To view train schedules and buy tickets, users have to use TWO apps.
Brainstorm & Design
The objective here is to consider all kinds of solutions, and select the best one based on time and technical feasibility. Tools used here is sketching, wireframing, low-fidelity design in Sketch.
From conventional transportation to chatbot-enhanced app design took 4 iterations to accommodate the design pivot, from sketches to final designs.
